    Booth-only exhibit space for the 2026 Regional Tri-State Convention is officially sold out. A few sponsorship opportunities remain available, which include prime booth locations. We are also opening a limited number of tabletop-only displays in the pre-function area at a discounted rate of $850. Bars, buffets, and registration will take place in the hallway to maximize attendee traffic. If booth space becomes available, tabletop exhibitors will be contacted first on a first-come, first-served basis with the opportunity to upgrade.

Cancellation Deadline:
Attendees must notify us of any cancellations at least 30 days prior to the conference start date to receive a full refund.

Refund Process:
Upon cancellation within the stipulated timeframe, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, attendees may transfer their registration to another individual upon notifying us of the change.
